CIO Office's Joint Venture Referral Program is ideally suited for organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Agents, Membership Organizations and Business Services Companies. While not limited to these types of businesses, these companies have a unique knowledge about their clients/members that is not widely known to others.
Commercial Real Estate Agents are often the very first to know that a company is considering moving or expanding there offices. In either case these companies are going to require assistance in relocating or expanding their technology networks. That knowledge is valuable and we will pay you if we are able to secure the project with the identified company.
Accountants and Attorneys, who enjoy a trusted role with their clients, often know that a company is experiencing issues with their current technology, or they are looking to add additional capabilities to enhance their business or one of many other situations that we are able to provide superior services to meet these needs. If we are successful in securing contracts with these clients we will pay.
Membership organizations provide valuable business education and support to their member companies. These events often open opportunities for the organization to refer their members to another member company to provide the services their members need. When we are able to secure projects or contracts from these referrals we will pay.
Within this joint venture referral program, CIO Office is requesting that your company provide the valuable knowledge that new and existing clients are facing business challenges related to technology. For example, a client is considering such things as upgrading their computer network, purchasing a new phone system, relocating their business, expanding their business, or incorporating a mobile workforce. CIO Office will take full responsibility of contacting the client- including qualifying the client, providing information about CIO Office services and closing the sale. The only responsibility of your company is to provide the contact information of the customer.
In exchange for this information, CIO Office will provide your company monetary compensation in the form of a check or the value applied to CIO Office services for your company’s technology needs. This compensation will equal 10% of independent service projects solicited by clients and the 1st month’s fee of a contracted managed services program of 12 months or longer should the client enter into such agreement. To be eligible for this compensation, the sale must occur within the first six months of contact with the client from the time the referral is provided.
